What It Is
Noble Silence is a 35-minute community meditation held in-person each Sunday evening.
It is quiet, grounded, and accessible. We sit together. We breathe. We return to what is here.
This is not a performance and not a workshop. It is a space to practice presence, supported by community.

What To Expect
We’ll begin promptly at 6:30pm with a short settling-in and a few simple cues.
Then we sit in shared silence. At the end, we’ll close gently and step back into the evening.
You do not need to “be good at meditation” to attend. If you can breathe, you can participate.
What To Bring
Comfortable clothing
A water bottle
Anything you like to sit on during stillness: meditation stools, cushions, shawls, layers
A willingness to be present, exactly as you are
Seating options vary by space. Come as you are and we will make it work.
Arrival and Doors
Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early so you can settle.
Doors lock at 6:30pm to protect the quiet container and avoid disrupting the sit.
If you’re running late, we’ll catch you next week.
Community and Cost
This offering is free or no-fee. If you feel moved to support El Vortex and aid them in their mission to keep their doors wide open to all, you are welcome to contribute.
